3. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids February 6,
1985, for a twelve month supply agreement, with option to extend for an
additional twelve months at the same terms and conditions, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee, for window
cleaning and custodial service for City facilities including Airport, Tax,
Finance, Data Processing, Animal Control, Land Acquisition, Flour Bluff
Clinic /Library /Utility offices, Water Division, Traffic Engineering, and
Williams Drive Clinic.
