5. Approval of a twelve month supply agreement, with option to extend for an
additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager, or his designee, for bread and bakery products for the
Elderly Nutrition Program with Rainbo Baking Company in the amount of
$6,579.50, based on low bid. Two bids were received. Price comparison
shows a 7% increase from the previous year's contract.
