MOTIONS - 1/15/85
Approving the following actions on the contract for Water Well Drilling
Services by Layne Texas Company:
a) The contractor be granted a 10 -day time extension against a 10 -day
overrun due to equipment delivery delays from the manufacturer to
supplement 32 days allotted for a total of 42 working days on the
project;
b) The water well be accepted and final payment of $29,749.20 be
authorized to Layne Texas Company.
The total cost of this well is $159,324.
