13. Approving the conceptual plans for Wilmot and Temple Parks. Temple Park
plans call for a group shelter which follows a Mexican Heritage theme along
with a surrounding walk. Wilmot Park plans include a large group shelter,
playground, picnic area, parking, security lighting, landscaping, and
irrigation.
