C. Motion approving the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation's Plan for extending the Padre Island Drive Expressway
through Flour Sluff and approving provisions for a turn - around design
approximately 1,000 feet east of Laguna Shores Road, and instructing the
City staff to work together with the State staff in reviewing the economic
impact study.
