A revocable easement be granted to Mr. Nolan W. Culp, President of Uncle
Cheaters Olde Crab House, Inc., providing for the installation of
approximately 811 linear feet of 3" diameter force main in Sandra Lane.
The restaurant would install and maintain a private lift station and would
pump sanitary sewer to the existing public system in the Brandywine
Subdivision. A fee of $811 for the easement grant is recommended.
