20. Authorizing the Park and Recreation Board to recommend projects for the
Neighborhood Park Assistance Program and to allocate $50,000 in revenue
sharing funds for these projects; and charging the Park and Recreation
Department with the administration of the Neighborhood Park Assistance
Program for parks and recreational facilities outside of Community
Development Block Grant areas.
