7. Approving a twelve months supply agreement, with option to extend for an
additional twelve months, at the same terms and conditions, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee, for
polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC), related fittings, solvents and glue, based
on low bid to Esco Supply Company, for estimated total of $16,711.28. This
material is stocked in the Warehouse and used by Park and Water divisions.
Fourteen bid invitations were issued and four bids were received. Prices
have remained the same as last contract of October, 1983.
