11. Approval of 50% participation with Cotten - Landreth Architects in the cost
of demolition of the Jolly Jack Bar in an amount not to exceed $6,500, and
authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Cotten - Landreth Architects for reimbursement of the demolition cost. This
project would be funded from the City's Demolition Program under the
Community Development Block Grant Program.
