14. Plans and specifications be approved and bids be received on March 26,
1985, for the Wilmot Park Site Development, Phase I. The improvements to
this park include a 33 space parking lot, gazebo, arbor, modular play unit,
irrigation system, security lights, and landscaping. Funds for this work
are available in the 9th and 10th Year Community Development Block Grant
Programs.
