4. Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $7,562 to the J & J Insulation and
Acoustics, Inc. contract at the Convention Center be approved. This change
order provides for the installation of an additional 8,400 square feet of
sprayed cellulose fiber insulation at the corners of the Exhibit Hall and
under the wings to improve acoustics in these areas.
