2. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids March 27,
1985, for a twelve months supply agreement, with an option to extend for an
additional twelve months, at the same terms and conditions, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee, for
computer ribbons and magnetic tapes for Data Processing Department.
Estimated expenditure is $9,000.
