9. Approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $7,824.94 to the Allison
Wastewater Treatment Plant Final Improvements project. Change Order No. 1
provides for the relocation of an existing sludge line which runs through
the proposed location of a new concrete digester basin and grit removal
basin. The sludge line was installed by City crews and was not originally
shown on construction plans. Required funds are available under the
project's contingency account.
