11. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a park deferment contract between
the City of Corpus Christi and Eighteen Eighty -Nine Group, developer, for
deferred park land dedication out of West River Place, which is located on
the west side of F.M. 1889, south of F.M. 624. This contractual agreement,
which is in accordance with the Platting Ordinance, will allow the
developer to final out and construct a portion of his overall preliminary
plat prior to the final plat and construction of his subdivision in which
the park land is to be located. (SIX AFFIRMATIVE VOTES REQUIRED TO PASS)
