13. Setting a public hearing for March 19, 1985, during the Regular City
Council Meeting, which commences at 2:00 p.m. This hearing is regarding
Athena Cablevision's proposal to realign programming, add additional
services, and set basic cable service rates. This matter has been referred
to the City Council by recommendation of the Cable Communications
Commission.
