12. Plans and specifications for the demolition of Exposition Hall be approved
and bids be received on April 16, 1985. It is proposed to demolish
Exposition Hall except for the restrooms which serve Memorial Coliseum,
wherein a new roof will be provided for these restrooms. In addition, the
electrical service for the Coliseum, which is in Exposition Hall, will be
moved and upgraded to the cooling tower building outside of Exposition
Hall.
