Motion - Approving the recommendations of the Cable Communications
Commission on Athena Cablevision's proposal to realign programming
channels, establish an Optional Basic Service level, increase the level of
service, and fix basic service rates for Regular Basic Service and Optional
Basic Service throughout 1985 and 1986. (The stipulation was added to this
motion that if a citizen decides to take the option of paying the $250 charge
plus the $4 fee a month, that the City be notified)
