11. The Corpus Christi Beach Parking Lot Improvement project be accepted and
final payment of $222,207.75 be authorized to King Construction Company.
The total cost of this project, $227,990.25, is being funded by a matching
grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and 9th Year Community
Development Block Grant Funds. (SIR AFFIRMATIVE VOTES REQUIRED TO PASS)
