Accepting the report of the Ad Hoc Water Advisory Commission and approving
the recommendation to hire a consultant to be selected by the Commission
and report to the Commission at a cost not to exceed $50,000 to evaluate
alternatives for increasing water supply from the Nueces River Basin and
authorizing the City Manager to enter into the appropriate agreements.
