4. Approving the purchase of two trench boxes, with spreader sets for
Wastewater Services from The Plank Company, on the basis of low bid, for
the total amount of $17,132. The trench boxes are safety equipment used
during excavation projects. They protect employees from trench embankment
cave -ins.
