Approving a twelve month supply agreement for data processing cards and
forms for Data Processing Department, with option to extend for an
additional twelve months at the same terms and conditions, subject to the
approval of the City Manager, or his designee, to Data Documents on the
basis of low bid for an estimated expenditure of $62,518.39.
