9. Plans and specifications be approved and bids be received on July 23, 1985,
for Parker Park Improvements. This 8th and 10th Year Community development
Block Grant project provides for the construction of an approximate 3,800
square foot recreation building. In addition, a concession facility
designed to serve all park users will be added to the swimming pool area.
