3. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids July 24, 1985,
for one 50,000 lb. GVWR cab and chassis and one 3,000 gallon asphalt
distributor body and equipment for the Street Division for use by the new
shooting crew proposed in the 1985 -86 Budget. Due to the time delay for
receipt of this equipment, bids need to be accepted to allow expanded
activities to begin earlier in the fiscal year. Purchase of this equipment
will be contingent upon the approval of the 1985 -86 Budget.
