Bid _Opening & award of oil & gas lease: A three year primary term oil and
gas lease for the City's mineral interest in six tracts totaling 137.2117
acres that is comprised of acreage from the Gabe Lozano Sr. Golf Course,
Westhaven Park, Gabriel Terrace Drainage Outfall and Westside Wastewater
Plant. The minimum acceptable bid is $8,232.70. Lease to be awarded by
Council Motion immediately after all bids have been opened.
Bid awarded to Jerry L. Keehan for a bonus of over $10,976.94
