2. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids September 11,
1985, for a twelve month supply agreement, with an option to extend for an
additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager, or his designee, for polyethylene gas pipe, valves, and
related fittings to be used by the Gas Division for the transmission of
natural gas. Estimated expenditure is $69,350.
