Accepting the Lexington Industrial Center and Manchester Place /Dona Park
Sanitary Sewer Improvement project, and authorizing remaining funds in the
construction account of $39,437.09 to Universal Surety of America. This
firm is the bonding company for the original contractor who defaulted on
the project, and by prior agreement and per the contract, remaining funds
in the construction account are to be disbursed to the bonding company upon
satisfactory completion of the project.
