Bid Opening & award of oil & gas lease: A three year primary term oil and
gas lease for the 157.579 acre J. C. Elliott Landfill. The City owns
one -half of the minerals but is executive lessor for the entire tract. The
minimum acceptable bid is $9,454.74. The bid is to be submitted with a
check for the City's one -half share of the bonus, a minimum of $4,727.37.
Lease to be awarded by Council Motion immediately after all bids have been
opened.
Award to Jerry L. Reeban, Inc. for $6,303.16
