24. Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to allow the Muscular
Dystrophy Association, KITE Radio Station and Williams Wholesalers to
sponsor a Gumbo Cook -off on the People's Street T -Head, Saturday, August
31, 1985, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with proceeds to go to the Muscular
Dystrophy Association. The Park and Recreation Board gave their approval
for the event at their regular August meeting.
