2. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids September 25,
1985, for a twelve month supply agreement, with an option to extend for an
additional twelve months, with the same terms and conditions subject to the
approval of the seller and the City Manager, or his designee, for
approximately 1,949 natural gas service regulators to be used by the Gas
Division. Estimated annual expenditure is $34,000.
