MOTIONS - 9/3/85
15. Approving an Agreement of Understanding between the City of Corpus Christi,
its Consultant, Urban Engineering, and the contractor, Basic Constructors,
Inc., regarding repairs to the mixing and aeration basins at the Flour
Bluff Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor and engineer will repair
the walls of the mixing and aeration basins at no cost to the City.
Repairs will be in accordance with the recommendation of B. J. Osborne,
Structural Consultant and Dr. Michael Kreger of the University of Texas.
