3. Accepting the Corpus Christi Beach Site Development project and authorizing
final payment of $41,833.25 to E. S. Netek Construction Company. It is
further recommended that the contractor be granted a 76 -day time extension
due to material delivery delays and extra work authorized by change order.
The total cost of this 9th Year Community Development Block Grant project
is $341,705.71, which is supplemented by a matching grant from the Texas
Parks and Wildlife Department.
