4. Approving twelve month supply agreements, with option to extend for an
additional twelve months, at the same terms and conditions, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee, for
uniforms based on low bids as follows:

b. Cothran's Uniforms

Total: $ 5,751.75
