13. Authorizing the City Manager to accept the proposal of Arthur J. Gallagher
& Co. to renew the City's self- insurance program, and to cancel, rewrite or
accept any coverage to provide better coverage for the City, and declaring
this broker as Broker of Record for the purpose of obtaining coverages to
be annually renewable.
