3. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids November 20,
1985, for a twelve month supply agreement, with an option to extend for an
additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the seller and the
City Manager, or his designee, for 71 items of janitorial supplies
including paper supplies, cleaners, disinfectants, hand soap, cans,
buckets, brooms, and mops to be used by all divisions. Estimated
expenditure is $97,000.
