5. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids November 20,
1985, for a twelve month supply agreement, with an option to extend for an
additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the seller and the
City Manager, or his designee, for approximately 27,300 feet of clay sewer
pipe (size 4" - 15 ") and 4,813 miscellaneous related fittings to be used by
the Wastewater Division. Estimated expenditure is $75,000.
