6. Approving the award of a self - propelled street broom at $18,974 and a steel
tired 3 -wheel roller at $37,074 to Cooper Equipment Company and a pneumatic
tired 9 -wheel roller at $31,765 to J. W. Bartholow Machinery Company based
on low bids. The equipment is for the Street Division seal coating program
and is approved in the 1985 -86 Capital Outlay Budget.
