Savoy Homes.
Motion was made by Council Member Joe McComb that a special permit be
granted for "R -1B" uses; seconded by Council Member Linda Strong. The motion
passed by the following vote: Jones, Best, Mendez, McComb, Pruet, and Strong
voting "aye "; Berlanga, Guerrero, and Slavik voting "no."
