10. Public hearing be held on December 11, 1985, by the Director of Planning in
the Committee Room, City Hall, 8:30 a.m., and that a second public hearing
be held on December 17, 1985, by City Council at 2:00 p.m. in the Council
Chamber on the contractual annexation of approximately 25 acres out of the
Mariano De Herrera Grant, Abstract 604, Nueces County, Texas, owned by Wood
River Associates.
