27. Authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into an agreement
with James Benefits to provide the City with consulting and brokerage
services in the City's pursuit of a flexible compensation package. The
proposal is to include a disability study. The fees for the study
(approximately $28,000) will be waived if the City implements a program
using James Benefits as a broker.
