A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Best that the Council delay a decision
on employing a search firm for two weeks until they return from the
National League of Cities meeting in Seattle; seconded by Council Member
Guerrero; and passed by the following vote: Best, Berlanga, Guerrero,
Mendez and Slavik voting, "Aye "; Jones, McComb, Pruet and Strong voting,
