A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Best that a recruiting firm be hired at
after they return from the National League of Cities meeting in Seattle,
seconded by Council Member McComb and passed by the following vote: Jones,
Best, Berlanga, McComb, Mendez, Pruet, Slavik and Strong voting, "Aye ";
Guerrero voting, "No ".
