Motion authorizing a two-year supply agreement with Polydyne, Inc., of Riceboro,
Georgia, in an amount not to exceed $1,600,800.00 for liquid cationic polymer to be used
as a coagulant at the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant for the treatment process of
potable water, effective upon issuance of notice to proceed, with FY 2020 funding in an
estimated amount of$600,300.00 available through the Water Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 1/14/2020, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate
officers that the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of
the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for
any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City
Council.
