Motion authorizing a Master Service Agreement for Planning Services with Asakura
Robinson Company LLC. in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for the Interstate 37
Corridor Plan and $100,000 for the Farm-to-Market 624 (Northwest Boulevard) Corridor
Plan, for a total amount not to exceed $250,000, effective upon notice to proceed, with
funding available in the FY 2020 General Fund.

not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
