from the Office of the Texas Governor— Homeland Security Grant Division,
Homeland Security Grant Program for hazmat team enhancement and SWAT
equipment; and appropriating $333,666.41 in the Fire Grants Fund.
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
accept two grants totaling of $333,666.41 from the Office of the Texas Governor — Homeland
Security Grant Division, Homeland Security Grant Program for Hazmat Team Enhancement and
SWAT Equipment.
Section 2. That $333,666.41 from the Texas Office of the Governor— Homeland Security Grant
Division, Homeland Security Grant Program is appropriated into the No. 1062 Fire Grants Fund
for Hazmat Team Enhancement and SWAT Equipment.
