Christi Fire Department and the Coastal Plains Local Emergency Planning
Committee that includes 14 municipalities in Aransas, Refugio, and San Patricio
counties for the provision of firefighting assistance.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a Mutual Aid
Agreement with the Coastal Plains Local Emergency Planning Committee which includes
Aransas, Refugio, and San Patricio Counties for the provision of firefighting assistance.
