19. Scheduling a public hearing for January 21, 1986, for the purpose of
determining if a portion of a public street (cul -de -sac) should be
constructed in Ben Garza Park to serve the Howard Street residents. Howard
Street is being reconstructed and the street currently dead ends at the
boundary line of Ben Garza Park. (Attachment #12)
