Motion authorizing a six-month service agreement with Total Protection, Incorporated, of
Corpus Christi, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $79,625.00 to continue on-call
maintenance and repair services for security access control systems at 21 locations for
Water, Wastewater, and Gas Operations, while Information Technology secures a new
longer-term service agreement for all City facilities that have security access, effective
upon issuance of notice to proceed, with funding in an amount of$79,625.00 through the
FY 2020 Water, Wastewater, and Gas Funds.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
