Motion to authorize the City Manager or his designees to execute an amendment to the
Professional Services Agreement for attorney services with McKibben, Martinez, Jarvis,
and Wood LLP for representation of the City in Salinas Construction Technologies, Ltd.
and Salinas and Sons, Inc. v. City of Corpus Christi to increase the maximum amount of
said contract by $190,000.
At a meeting of the City Council on 2/11/2020, this Motion was passed.
