17. To amend, prior to third reading, the ordinance approving a lease with the
Camp Fire Council of Corpus Christi Area, Inc., pertaining to the Gugenheim
House, to require the lessee to carry comprehensive general liability
insurance for bodily injury and property damage in an amount approved by
the City, naming the City as an additional insured, and to require the
lessee to carry insurance covering the building contents.
