Council Member Joe McComb made a motion that in future zoning cases
presentd to the City Council, that the Council allow the applicant and those in
opposition to make their presentations before the Council Members ask questions
and make comments, except for purposes of clarification. The motion was
seconded by Council Member Frank Mendez and passed by a vote of 7 to 2, Council
Members Guerrero and Strong absent at the time the motion was made.
